Some people are under the misperception that you gain weight on a cruise. That has never been my experience.

On a cruise I enjoy fine dining with the "spa" or "light menu" and stay active on the ship using the Fitness Center,

swimming and doing aquacize in the pool, relaxing in the jacuzzi, treating myself to a facial and/or a massage,

dancing with my husband every night and being very active at the ports (swimming and walking along the beach,

shopping, etc.). So, to dispel this misperception and to have a lot of fun, I will be leading two group cruises

that feature the "spa" or "light" menu plus I'll set up special group exercise times aboard the ship and

a lot of fun extras. Stay tuned for the announcement!
